The three were also charged with robbery, abduction and firearms counts in connection with an unrelated robbery earlier that day on Ridge Street. Of the three, only Williams has been convicted in Charlottesville on previous charges. In 2006, she was found guilty on a failure to appear related to a fraud charge.
Her codefendant, Dickerson, had a similar fraud charge dismissed in 2007. Meanwhile, Montague was convicted in Richmond of a misdemeanor coke possession in 2006, along with property damage and petty larceny.
