It’s certainly not the most convenient time of year to be without hot water and heat. But for 400 people in the Boar’s Head, Northridge and Farmington areas, a utility contractor error left them out cold.
The city has released an advisory informing residents that they can expect to be without gas heat and hot water for the remainder of the afternoon and possibly this evening as well. Temperatures are expected to drop to 20 degrees tonight with 60 percent change of snow. Bundle up!
