Day 16: This land is your, our land

Brick Watch will be brief, as we’re all eagerly watching the inauguration.

Brick Watch will be brief, as we’re all eagerly watching the inauguration. Including, Brick Watch was informed, the construction crews! They’ll be taking a break at noon to watch and, says one crew member, will watch until it’s over.

Meanwhile, the crowd in DC ain’t got nothin’ on Charlottesville. A huge line has formed in front of the Paramount, all the way up to enoteca (when Brick Watch last poked a head out the C-VILLE door); crowds—undeterred by construction for the rebricking—are waiting to get in to watch the theater’s broadcast of the inauguration.

We’ll let you get to it, too. But here’s a video of what some in line are doing to pass the time in line.
