Charlottesville is a pretty town. And I am not talking about the Downtown Mall or the historical Grounds of UVA. I am referring to the beautiful people.
Last year, Lauren Brie Harding, daughter of Albemarle County Sheriff Chip Harding, was a finalist in Tyra Bank’s hit show America’s Next Top Model. This year, it’s not one, but two youngsters strutting their stuff in front of the cameras.
First off, following Harding, Isabella from Barbousville is one of the 13 finalists in the 12th cycle of Bank’s seemingly never-ending show, according to a press release.
Over on Bravo, Colin from Charlottesville is one of the 16 finalists who will appear on the new season of Make Me a Supermodel—the uber-glamorous modeling show hosted by male model Tyson Beckford.
According to the Daily Progress, Colin is studying psychology and neuroscience at Carleton College and works with the neuroscience department at UVA over his breaks, with plans to attend medical school.
The winners of both shows will pocket a hefty $100,000 prize and a modeling contract. Let’s cheer them on starting on March 4 on the CW and Bravo.
Barbousville’s own Isabella competes in the 12th season of Tyra Bank’s America’s Next Top Model.
