Real Estate III joins franchise Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate

According to a news release, the firm will remain local; will still be owned by the Kessler family and will still have Jeff Gaffney as CEO and Art Pearson as President.

Real Estate III, local real estate firm, has announced an affiliation with franchise Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and will now be known as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate III. (Say it five times fast!)

According to a news release, the firm will remain local, will still be owned by the Kessler family and will still have Jeff Gaffney as CEO and Art Pearson as President.

“Today is a great day for Real Estate III,” said Pearson in the release. “Our founder Frank Kessler was renowned for his visionary marketing and progressive strategies. This announcement is a page out of his playbook.”

The union will deepen Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate’s market throughout the Commonwealth, for a total of more than 110 offices and 4,600 sales associates in 14 states.
